to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and hair treatments to enhance client results and salon revenue Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair threading, makeup application, nail care, and other beauty services Stay current on industry trends in hair coloring, barbering techniques including straight razor shaves, and new styling innovations to deliver fresh looks Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry Proficiency with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms Strong knowledge of color theory, hair coloring techniques, and product application Skilled in hair styling including blowouts, updos, braiding, and precision cuts for all hair types Experience with hair extensions installation and maintenance is highly desirable Excellent communication skills for client consultation and relationship building Knowledge of sanitation practices related to barbering tools like straight razors and nail care implements Ability to mentor colleagues in retail math strategies for upselling retail products effectively Passion for customer service with a positive attitude that fosters a welcoming environment Join our team as a Master Stylist where your talent will shine!
