Schedule/Hours:
Flexible assignments with varying shifts depending on facility needs
Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license Minimum of one year of experience in Rehab or Long-Term Care nursing BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities Previous travel nursing experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care to patients in rehabilitation and long-term care settings Assess patient conditions, develop individualized care plans, and administer treatments Monitor patient progress and document accurately Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams Provide education and support to patients and families Adhere to facility protocols and best practices in patient care
