for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales management Deliver personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable hair care products or services Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas following industry regulations Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and hair treatments to enhance client results Mentor junior team members and assist with front desk duties including client communication and appointment management Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a stylist with a strong portfolio of work Proficiency with salon software systems such as SQUARE for scheduling and client management Skilled in hair coloring techniques based on color theory principles Expertise in hair styling, cutting, blowouts, and finishing techniques for diverse hair types Knowledge of sanitation protocols and cosmetology licensing requirements Experience with retail sales strategies including upselling and retail math calculations Excellent communication skills for client consultation and team collaboration Join us if you're ready to unleash your creativity in a lively environment where your skills make a real difference!
