90-Day Temp-to-Hire Four-Day Work-Week. 1st Shift. No Experience Required. Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Production Assembly Associates for a light manufacturing opportunity in Galion. You'll perform straightforward, hands-on assembly work using small components and production equipment. The work is lightweight, repetitive, and trainable, making this a great opportunity if you want to get into manufacturing without previous factory experience. What You'll Do Assemble small components and finished products

Attach fittings and other components during the assembly process

Operate basic assembly and crimping equipment

Thread and connect components

Add springs and other small parts as required

Inspect completed work for quality labels and prepare finished products for packaging

Box completed products for shipment

Follow established work instructions and safety procedures

Keep your work area clean and organized What We're Looking For Dependable attendance and punctuality

Good attention to detail

Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work

Good hand-eye coordination

Ability to stand throughout a 10-hour shift

Ability to follow basic instructions and established processes

Willingness to learn and work as part of a production team No previous manufacturing or assembly experience required; training is provided. Why ? $17 /hour

1st shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Monday - Thursday base schedule

Regular three-day weekends when Friday overtime isn't required

No experience required
