Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills in hairstyling, barbering (including straight razor techniques), and customer service. Assist in store management tasks such as inventory control, retail math calculations, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations based on color theory and current trends. Ensure all services adhere to sanitation standards using proper sterilization techniques for tools like scissors, razors, and brushes. Skills Proficiency in salon software systems such as

for scheduling and client management. Extensive experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on hair care, coloring, styling, extensions, and nail care. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to cosmetology and barbering including straight razor use. Excellent communication skills for client consultation, retail upselling, and team collaboration. Ability to perform advanced hair coloring techniques based on color theory principles. Skilled in hair threading, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and retail sales strategies. Knowledge of store management procedures including retail math calculations and inventory control.
