In this role, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing team, responsible for production of many different components in a fast-paced factory environment. This position is ideal for those looking to start a career in manufacturing and gain hands-on experience with various assembly processes. This is a Monday - Friday position with hours from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, some overtime when required. $18.00 an hour depending on experience. Responsibilities Assemble and fabricate components according to specifications. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Work on the assembly line to ensure timely production of products. Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred, with a willingness to learn new skills. Experience in a warehouse or factory setting is a plus but not required. Ability to use measuring equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with coworkers. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks as required by the assembly process.
