We run a busy shop with consistent work . If you're tired of slow weeks, poor estimates, or shops that hold you back, this is where you step up.
What You'll Be Doing:
Full teardown and accurate damage assessment Read and work directly from repair estimates — communicate supplements when needed Perform repairs to OEM, I-Car, and AllData standards Frame repair/replacement, welding, and structural work Plastic repair and full body work across all makes & models Maintain a clean, organized workspace and move efficiently
What We Expect:
Collision experience across all makes & models Strong diagnostic ability — not just a parts changer Ability to produce in a flat-rate environment Team player who doesn't slow the shop down Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent
