Responsibilities:

Provide professional hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, blowouts, and treatments Create customized experiences that reflect each guest's unique style and needs Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and rebooking practices Work alongside a dedicated team of stylists, estheticians, nail techs, massage therapists, and front desk professionals Educate guests on hair care and recommend professional retail products Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques to deliver modern, fashion-forward results

Qualifications:

Valid Ohio Cosmetology License (Required) Previous years of experience as a Hair Stylist or related position Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and delivering high-quality service Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional demeanor and a warm, client-focused attitude Positive attitude and professional appearance
