to schedule appointments, process payments, and manage client records efficiently Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their desired looks and provide personalized recommendations for products and services Upsell retail products like hair care items and styling tools to boost sales while educating clients on proper usage Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing wait times, and supporting store management with daily operations Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling techniques and customer service best practices Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of hair styling work Proficiency in salon software such as
