Position Overview We are seeking a licensed, experienced stylist to join the Modern Artistry team. The ideal candidate is not only technically skilled but also deeply aligned with our brand values—delivering exceptional client care, staying inspired by current trends, and contributing to a culture of artistry and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Provide professional hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and specialty techniques (balayage, blonding, extensions, textured hair services, etc.) Deliver exceptional client experiences that reflect the Modern Artistry standard Maintain a clean, organized, and professional salon space Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education Contribute to team culture through collaboration, support, and consistent professionalism Participate in salon events, education sessions, and brand initiatives as needed Qualifications Current cosmetology license in the state of PA 2+ years of salon floor experience preferred Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and/or specialty services A professional portfolio (Instagram or other platforms accepted) Excellent communication and customer service skills Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to growth and continuous learning What We Offer A beautifully designed salon space that inspires both stylists and clients Advanced education and training opportunities A supportive and creative team environment Competitive commission and growth opportunities Exposure to a strong salon brand with a loyal client base How to Apply If you are ready to grow your career and align with a salon that values artistry and excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
