We are looking for barbers who take pride in their work, provide excellent customer service, and want to grow their clientele and income in a professional, established shop environment. What We're Looking For Experienced barber with a strong skill set Must have a valid Pennsylvania Barber License Established clientele preferred Professional, reliable, and motivated Excellent customer service and communication skills Able to maintain a clean and professional workstation Comfortable working independently while being part of a team Takes pride in quality haircuts and building lasting client relationships. What We Offer Competitive Commission Structure Our commission structure rewards barbers based on weekly production: 40/60

Booth Rental Option For barbers who prefer a traditional booth-rental setup: $250/week Flexible scheduling Minimum 60-day commitment Booth-rent rate locked in for 1 year Recommended minimum of 36 hours per week.
