You will guide aspiring professionals—our "Career-Changers," "Licensed Upskillers," and "Struggling Solopreneurs"—giving them the systems and confidence they need to transform their passion into a truly viable career.

What You Will Do:

Command the classroom and deliver elite technical instruction, demonstrating why technical skill alone is insufficient for achieving long-term success in a competitive marketplace. Leverage our 4K technology in live virtual training to give students microscopic precision. Ensure students understand the value of premium positioning. Execute and champion training based on our proprietary "HART Method™". Who You Are (The Requirements): You hold a valid Cosmetology/Esthetics Instructor License in the state of Idaho. You have tangible, real-world experience building a profitable beauty business. You understand that you are not selling a simple skill; you are selling a career transformation. You possess a commanding presence and can hold the attention of ambitious individuals who are making a significant financial and emotional investment in their future.
