Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations regularly in accordance with health regulations. Engage in retail sales by upselling hair care products, retail math skills, and promoting salon packages to maximize client value. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive store environment through effective communication and teamwork. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques. Skilled in various hair services including color theory, and advanced styling techniques. Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to connect with diverse clients. Ability to maintain high sanitation standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and store management is a plus.
