Duties Deliver comprehensive classroom instruction on cosmetology topics such as hair coloring, hair extensions, makeup application, facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, manicures, pedicures, nail art, and nail enhancements. Develop and implement detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and industry best practices. Supervise students during practical sessions to ensure safety and proper technique Mentor students by providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth. Demonstrate various beauty techniques including massage therapy, trigger point therapy, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, nails art and facial treatments. Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation. Assess student progress through evaluations and practical demonstrations to ensure competency in core skills. Requirements Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in skincare, massage therapy, nails, barbering, or related fields. Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to aesthetic treatments and body therapies Prior classroom experience or adult education teaching background preferred. Ability to plan engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles. Excellent communication and mentoring skills to motivate students effectively. Familiarity with salon operations and industry standards for professional practice. Certification or licensure in cosmetology or related specialties such as esthetician license or massage therapy license preferred. Knowledge of current trends in hair styling, coloring techniques, nail care, and aesthetic treatments.
