Employees receive a 10% commission based on sales performance and achievement of growth targets. Perform lash lifts/perms and brow lamination/tinting. Provide precise body waxing services for full body. Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable lash styles or waxing options. Perform threading services ( training provided if inexperienced ). Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and client comfort. Prefer experience in eyelash extensions and body waxing. Preferably hold a Cosmetology or Esthetician license . Willingness to learn new techniques and additional services.
