Licensed Hairstylist - Independent Salon Opportunity Hair Haven & Co. is expanding in North Knoxville, and we are looking to connect with licensed hairstylists who are ready for a fresh environment, professional growth, and the opportunity to build alongside other beauty professionals. We are not building a salon where every stylist provides the same services. Our goal is to bring together professionals with different specialties who operate their own businesses while collectively creating a well-rounded salon experience. We welcome hairstylists specializing in areas such as: Hair coloring, blonding, and dimensional color Haircutting, blowouts, and traditional styling K-tip, I-tip, tape-in, weft, and other extension methods Silk presses and textured-hair services Sew-ins, wigs, and protective styling Natural-hair care Bridal and special-event styling Other professional hair specialties About the Opportunity Hair Haven & Co. offers independent beauty professionals the freedom to manage their own services, schedules, pricing, clientele, and payments while working within a structured, professional salon environment. We offer multiple placement and business-support options designed for professionals at different stages of growth. Because our structure is unique to Hair Haven & Co., complete financial and support details are discussed privately during the interview and salon tour. The salon provides a furnished professional environment with styling stations, shampoo areas, client amenities, website visibility, education opportunities, and optional administrative and business support. Ideal Candidate We are interested in professionals who: Hold or are preparing to receive the appropriate Tennessee license Take pride in providing professional and dependable services Want to build or continue growing their own clientele Value a clean, organized, and structured salon environment Are comfortable working independently while contributing to a collective atmosphere Communicate professionally with clients and other beauty professionals Are open to collaboration, referrals, continued education, and salon events Want to be part of a growing salon from its early stages Experience is welcomed, but we are also open to meeting newer licensed professionals who demonstrate strong potential, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to growth. Location Hair Haven & Co. North Knoxville, Tennessee This is an independent professional station-rental opportunity and not a traditional hourly or salaried employee position. Selected professionals will operate their own independent beauty businesses within Hair Haven & Co.
