As a key member of our team, you will utilize premium products like Wella Professional Color and Bumble and Bumble retail to create stunning looks tailored to each client's unique style. -- Responsibilities Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, and special occasion styles. Perform hair coloring techniques utilizing Wella Professional Color to achieve desired client results. Offer expert hair care advice and treatments to promote healthy hair. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized service. Maintain a high standard of customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment. Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing education and mentorship opportunities. Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, supportive work culture focused on growth. Promote retail products such as Bumble and bumble to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. -- Requirements Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by local regulations. You will be paid as a W2 employee.
