Responsibilities:

• Provide barbering services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
• Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques in barbering.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired hairstyle or grooming preferences.
• Mentor and train junior barbers to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field.
• Assist with store management tasks such as inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.

Skills:

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license required.
• Proficient in various barbering techniques, including clipper cutting, scissor cutting, and razor cutting.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Strong attention to detail for precise grooming and styling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a clean and hygienic workspace.
