Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide barbering services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
- Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques in barbering.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired hairstyle or grooming preferences.
- Mentor and train junior barbers to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field.
- Assist with store management tasks such as inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
Skills:
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license required.
- Proficient in various barbering techniques, including clipper cutting, scissor cutting, and razor cutting.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Strong attention to detail for precise grooming and styling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a clean and hygienic workspace.
