We're a locally owned, woman-owned salon with over 30 years of success, located in Green Hills, one of Nashville's most iconic neighborhoods. We're looking for a stylist who has some clientele but still wants room to grow in a busy, supportive salon environment with a luxury feel. What We Offer Hourly pay or 50% commission + tips paid daily Up to 25% retail commission Flexible but consistent scheduling Employee product discounts Supportive team that helps each other grow Fast-paced 18-chair salon with strong walk-in traffic Work with top brands including Goldwell, Amika, Moroccanoil, Redken, and Pureology Responsibilities Haircuts, styling, color, perms, and facial waxing Deliver excellent client service Recommend professional products Maintain a clean and professional workspace Requirements Active Tennessee Cosmetology License Passion for the beauty industry Saturday availability required Join an established salon with built-in clientele and room to grow your business.
