Guaranteed hourly pay or commission

  • and we're locally owned. Straight Numbers First Guaranteed $16/hour floor, or 44% and up commission
  • paid on whichever is higher, every single check. Our stylists averaged $46/hour all-in, including tips, over the last six months. 40 tickets per chair per week
  • average ticket $42
