Consult with clients to understand their desired looks, offering expert advice on hair care, color theory, and styling techniques. Manage retail sales by recommending hair care products, upselling additional services, and supporting store management goals. Skills Has the ability to perform services on children's hair. Proficiency with salon software platforms like Gloss Genius for appointment scheduling and client management. Expertise in hair coloring techniques, hair extensions application, and advanced styling methods. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe salon environment. Excellent communication skills for effective client consultations and building rapport. Experience working in the beauty industry with a solid understanding of cosmetology principles. Ability to upsell hair serivces through retail math skills while providing exceptional customer service. Familiarity with store management practices to support daily operations and team collaboration. Knowledge of retail sales strategies to enhance client experience and increase revenue opportunities.
