We specialize in providing an elevated men's grooming experience that includes precision haircuts, relaxing shampoo services, hot towel treatments, beard grooming, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Provide high-quality men's haircuts and grooming services
- Perform fades, haircuts, beard trims, neck cleanups, and grooming consultations
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after each service
- Recommend professional hair and beard care products based on guest needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
- Build strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits
- Participate in team training, meetings, and continuing education opportunities

- Proficiency in men's haircutting techniques, including fades, tapers, scissor cuts, textured styles, and beard grooming
