Polished Men Grooming is hiring a skilled, dependable Men's Grooming Specialist (barber or cosmetologists) to join our established team in Granbury, Texas. We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing consistent, high-quality services while creating a comfortable and professional experience for every guest. What You'll Do Perform men's haircuts, fades, beard services, shaves, shampoos and grooming add-ons Provide thorough consultations and personalized recommendations Maintain excellent sanitation and service standards Educate guests about products and additional services Build strong guest relationships and encourage rebooking Work collaboratively with management and the rest of the team Participate in ongoing training and professional development What We're Looking For Active Texas barber or cosmetology license Experience with men's cutting and grooming preferred Professional, dependable and team-oriented Comfortable working in a structured, performance-focused environment Strong communication and customer-service skill Comfortable working in a structured, performance-focused environment Willingness to learn, grow, and maintain Polished Men service standards
