Experience Proven experience as a professional Hair Stylist or Barber in a fast-paced salon or spa environment. Strong knowledge of current hair trends, coloring techniques, styling tools, and products. Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and provide personalized advice. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a lively setting. Certification from an accredited cosmetology or barbering program is required.
