LOCTICIAN WANTED

✨ We're looking for an experienced, dependable Loctician to join our team on an on-call / appointment-based schedule. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, provides an excellent client experience, and wants the flexibility to build their own clientele while also receiving appointments through the business.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with locs . Ability to interlock and perform loc repairs, OR willingness to learn. Strong customer service skills . A good listener who can understand and execute client requests. Reliable, timely, and professional . Comfortable working independently. Comfortable being photographed/recorded for occasional business and social media content

Schedule:

This is an on-call position. Hours are based on appointments as they come in rather than a traditional set weekly schedule.

Compensation:

For appointments provided through the business, the stylist receives 80% of the appointment, which typically works out to approximately $25-$30/hour, depending on the service. If you bring in your own client/appointment, the service income is yours to keep.

Supplies:

Products and hair needed to complete business-provided appointments will be supplied within reason. We're looking for someone who is confident in their craft, takes pride in their work, communicates well with clients, and is interested in continuing to grow their skills. Interested?
