Hairstylist - Commission Based Heavenly Spa Salon is looking for a talented, motivated, and professional Hairstylist to join our growing salon team! We're looking for someone who is passionate about hair, enjoys making clients feel confident, and wants to grow their clientele in a welcoming and beautiful salon environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide professional hair services including haircuts, blowouts, styling, color, highlights, balayage, treatments, and other services within your skill set Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate services Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation Provide excellent customer service and create a positive client experience Follow salon sanitation and safety standards Promote a professional and welcoming salon atmosphere

What We're Looking For:

Valid Texas Cosmetology/Hairstylist License Previous salon experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, professional, and punctual Passionate about hair and staying current with trends and techniques Ability to work independently while being part of a team Motivated to build and maintain a loyal clientele
