Position Overview:
As a stylist at By Maxwell, you'll be part of a team that values artistry, professionalism, and personalized service. You'll work with clients to create custom hair designs, provide expert styling advice, and help maintain the sophisticated atmosphere that defines the By Maxwell brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality hair services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend services or products Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation Stay updated on current trends in hair and fashion to offer modern styles Uphold the luxury experience for every guest from start to finish Support boutique operations as needed, reflecting our cohesive brand identity
Qualifications:
Valid Texas Cosmetology License required Experience in a salon setting preferred; recent graduates are welcome Strong interpersonal and customer service skills A passion for beauty, fashion, and creating luxury client experiences Ability to work a 40-hour week (Monday-Saturday availability with Sundays and one weekday off)
