We are looking for motivated, licensed beauty professionals who are ready to grow their clientele and operate independently in a professional salon environment. This is a booth rental opportunity, not an hourly or salaried position . Stylists will manage their own clients, appointments, services, and schedule while enjoying the benefits of working in an established salon environment. This opportunity is ideal for a stylist looking for the freedom to build their own business while working alongside other beauty professionals. Responsibilities Provide professional hair services such as haircuts, styling, coloring, highlights, extensions, and other services within your license and expertise Manage your own appointments, schedule, and client communication Provide consultations and recommendations based on each client's needs Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation Properly sanitize tools and equipment between clients Build and maintain positive relationships with clients Maintain all required Texas cosmetology/barber licenses Follow applicable salon, sanitation, and safety requirements Promote and grow your own clientele and services Qualifications Current Texas cosmetology or barber license Experience providing professional hair or beauty services preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Ability to work independently and manage your own clientele Existing clientele is a plus, but not required Booth Rental Details Independent booth/chair rental opportunity Located in San Juan, Texas Stylist manages their own clients and schedule Opportunity to grow your personal clientele and business Professional and welcoming salon environment Booth rental: $ 150 per week
