Your expertise in hair care, and styling will contribute to a welcoming environment where clients return time and again for exceptional service. As a key member of our salon family, you'll combine technical skill with excellent customer service to deliver personalized experiences that exceed expectations. Duties Perform professional braiding techniques, including box braids, cornrows, twists, and other intricate styles tailored to client preferences Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable styles, extensions, or treatments Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by properly cleaning tools such as straight razors and implementing salon sanitation protocols Assist with retail sales by recommending hair care products, hair extensions, coloring supplies, and styling tools to enhance client results Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication, active listening, and professional guidance throughout each appointment Stay current on industry trends in hair styling, coloring techniques, and hair threading to continually elevate your craft and serve clients better Qualifications Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of braided hairstyles and hair extensions Strong communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration Ability to perform sanitation procedures meticulously to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Experience with retail sales techniques such as upselling and retail math to promote product sales confidently • Embark on a rewarding career where your creativity transforms lives!
