for appointment scheduling and client management. Demonstrated expertise in sanitation practices aligned with health regulations within the beauty industry. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat business. Experience working with hair coloring, hair care products, retail sales, and upselling strategies to maximize client satisfaction and store revenue. Knowledge of store management principles including retail math and inventory control is a plus but not required.
