Desert Bloom Salon is a new boho-luxury salon in Hurricane, Utah, and we're looking for talented, motivated hairstylists to join our growing team. We're creating a welcoming, elevated salon environment where stylists can build their clientele, grow their income, and genuinely enjoy coming to work. We're looking for stylists who are passionate about their craft, provide an amazing client experience, and want to be part of building something special from the beginning. Our salon features a beautiful newly designed space, professional Davines products and color, online booking, retail opportunities, and a supportive team atmosphere. What You'll Do Provide customized consultations and exceptional client experiences Perform haircuts, dimensional color, blonding, balayage, toning, styling, treatments, and other services within your skill set Educate clients on professional home care and recommend Davines products when appropriate Maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful station Follow Utah sanitation and licensing requirements Manage your appointments and client relationships professionally Work collaboratively with the Desert Bloom team and contribute to a positive salon culture Continue growing your skills, clientele, and knowledge of current techniques and trends Who We're Looking For Current Utah cosmetology/barbering license Stylists of varying experience levels are welcome to apply Friendly, dependable, professional, and motivated Strong communication and customer-service skills Passionate about creating beautiful hair and building lasting client relationships Comfortable working independently while still being part of a team Existing clientele is a plus, but not required Interest in continued education and professional growth What Desert Bloom Offers Commission-based compensation with growth potential Opportunities to explore personal benefits with an agent Professional Davines color, backbar, and retail products Beautiful, newly designed boho-luxury salon environment Retail sales opportunities Online booking and salon support Education and opportunities to grow Supportive, collaborative environment without a high-pressure corporate feel Opportunity to grow alongside a brand-new salon Schedule Desert Bloom Salon is open Tuesday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM-3:00 PM.
