We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
A current and valid cosmetology or hairstyling license required to work as a stylist Strong blowout, hair styling, and finishing skills A passion for providing exceptional guest service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Leadership qualities and a positive, team-first attitude Dependability and the ability to take initiative The ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment A desire to mentor, encourage, and support fellow stylists Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays This is a great opportunity for a stylist who is ready to take the next step in their career , wants more responsibility, and enjoys being a leader — while still spending the majority of their time doing what they love: behind the chair creating beautiful hair.

Lead Stylist / Shift Lead Responsibilities In addition to providing exceptional blowouts and styling services, the Lead Stylist / Shift Lead will: Lead by example on the salon floor while maintaining a high standard of guest service Support and motivate stylists throughout each shift Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming salon environment Assist with opening and closing responsibilities Help ensure the team stays on schedule and the guest experience runs smoothly Support front desk and salon operations when needed Help answer stylist questions and provide guidance during shifts Communicate important updates and concerns to management Help maintain Drybar service, styling, and operational standards Step in to help resolve guest or team concerns professionally Continue building strong relationships with guests and creating an exceptional Drybar experience
