Welcoming customers and conducting thorough consultations Providing expert recommendations based on face shapes and preferences Demonstrating strong technical skills, including clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, and texturizing Performing back-of-neck and straight razor shaves (not required to apply; training is available) Maintaining grooming stations and sterilizing tools in compliance with Utah sanitation regulations Maximizing retail opportunities through effective chair education Building lasting relationships with loyal customers We are open to training and development if you feel certain skills need further growth—we're here to support you.
