Conduct consultations to understand client desires, recommend suitable treatments, and educate on hair care routines. for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing retail transactions efficiently. Stay current with industry trends by participating in mentoring sessions, workshops, or training on new techniques like hair threading or makeup application. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with 6 years experience working in the beauty industry Strong knowledge of hair care products, store management basics, retail math skills, and sanitation protocols. Expertise in hair styling, coloring, hair threading Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their vision clearly. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service.
