Current Virginia barber license Skilled and passionate about barbering Professional, dependable, and punctual Positive attitude and professional personality Clean, organized, and respectful Takes pride in their appearance and work Provides excellent customer service Takes accountability for their work Willing to promote themselves and build clientele Continually works to improve their skills Can work independently while being a strong team player Wants to build a business—not just collect a paycheck
