In this role, you will support 2 stylists and by ensuring smooth salon operations, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and delivering outstanding customer service. Your energy and attention to detail will help create a memorable experience for every client while gaining valuable experience in the beauty industry. Duties Assist stylists with mixing color, shampooing clients, applying treatments and glazes. Greeting clients and getting them prepared for the stylist Maintain salon sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and common areas regularly. sweeping floor and maintaining the laundry Previous experience working in the beauty industry or a customer service role is preferred. Knowledge of hair care techniques, including hair coloring, barbering (straight razor use), hair styling, and hair extensions. Understanding of sanitation practices, cosmetology standards, color theory, and hair threading techniques. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
