Bishops is hiring licensed hairstylists and barbers across five Seattle-area locations: Bellevue, Bothell, Fremont, Newcastle, and Issaquah . Whether your strength is fades and clipper cuts, color and transformations, long hair, short hair, or a little bit of everything, there's room here to build your craft and your clientele. We're a hybrid salon/barbershop built around creativity, inclusivity, music, art, and community. Bring Your Craft We aren't looking for one type of stylist. Your strengths may include fades and clipper work, color and blonding, long cuts and styling, texture, classic barbering, or a combination of it all. Experienced professionals are welcome, and we're also open to newer licensed stylists and barbers who are excited to learn and grow. What We're Looking For

• Current Washington cosmetology or barber license.
• A genuine interest in your craft and continuing to develop your skills.
• Strong communication and connection with clients.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Comfort working in an energetic, music-filled environment.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive experience for every client.
• Weekend availability strongly preferred, when our shops are busiest.

Compensation Bishops offers an hourly base for stability with the opportunity to earn commission based on performance. You receive whichever compensation method results in the higher earnings for the applicable pay period. Stylist/barber compensation typically ranges from $22-$50 per hour, depending on production and commission, plus tips. Benefits & Perks
