Responsibilities Provide exceptional luxury hair services including cutting, styling, blowouts, coloring, highlights, balayage, lowlights, toning, treatments, extensions•, and keratin treatments• Create customized looks that reflect each client's individual style while maintaining the salon's high standards of quality and sophistication. Build strong, long-term client relationships through outstanding service, communication, consistency, and attention to detail. Maintain a polished, professional appearance and represent the salon's luxury image at all times. Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled appointments and manage time effectively to provide a seamless guest experience. Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and contribute to a culture where everyone feels supported and valued. What We're Looking For A licensed cosmetologist/hairstylist Previous salon experience preferred; motivated stylists with strong technical foundations are encouraged to apply. Strong technical skills in cutting, styling, coloring, and/or specialty services. Excellent consultation and communication skills. A genuine passion for making clients look and feel their best. Professional, polished, and well-groomed presentation. Dependability, punctuality, accountability, and a strong work ethic. Ability to build and maintain a loyal clientele. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
