• Earn $17.13
• $40.00 per hour , including the opportunity to receive up to 60% service commission or a guaranteed base wage, whichever is higher. Tool Package Included

• And more! Position Overview As a Hair Stylist at HairMasters, you'll provide exceptional guest experiences while delivering quality hair services in a fun, team-oriented environment. You'll build lasting guest relationships, grow your personal business, and continue developing your skills through ongoing education and support. What You'll Do
• Deliver outstanding customer service and salon experiences
• Perform consultations and recommend services based on guest needs
• Provide haircutting, color, styling, and texture services
• Recommend professional products and additional services
• Build and retain a loyal client base
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and state board regulations
• Participate in salon promotions, training, and team initiatives What You'll Bring
