• We're hiring a Managing Barber at our Diesel Barbershop in Brookfield, WI at Poplar Creek Town Center (Right across from the Corners).

This role is perfect for a licensed barber or cosmetologist with strong cutting skills who wants to lead a team, manage shop operations, and stay active behind the chair Key Responsibilities (Barber Manager Duties) Manage daily barbershop operations Interview, hire, train, and mentor barbers/stylists Create weekly schedules and maintain Diesel service standards Provide high-quality men's haircuts, fades, beard work & straight razor shaves Build strong client relationships and a positive, drama-free culture Support new team members and drive shop performance What We're Looking For Wisconsin-licensed Barber or Cosmetologist 2+ years experience in a barbershop or salon Skilled in men's haircuts, classic cuts, modern fades & beard grooming Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Reliable, professional, and team-focused Available evenings and weekends (standard barbershop hours) Compensation & Benefits $1,000 signing bonus $25
