Job Description
Have you held a Cosmetology or Barber License but just haven't been behind the chair? Scared to start again? Our Salons are a great spot for you to polish your scissors skills! We foster a learning environment, where we support stylists of all skill levels with paid training to help build up your confidence!! Stylists start with a base pay of $15-16 per hour, so even during the slower months of the year you have guaranteed pay. With our incentive structure, if you can do about 3 haircuts per hour, you'll make $18-27 per hour PLUS take home tips DAILY!! We also offer a 401K with a 6% match, ACA compliant health coverage, PTO, and paid holidays. Hours of operation are 9-7 M-F, 8-5 Saturdays, and 9-2 Sundays. We offer part time and full time hours, evenings and weekends are the busiest times $$ in the hair industry so they are important to salon operations and yield stylists the most opportunity for the highest pay!
