Overview Owner of Tiffany Scott Salon and Tiffany Scott Extensions is seeking a talented and passionate Hair Assistant to work with our high-end clientele! We are looking for someone eager to grow and learn, with a strong foundation in hair styling and a dedication to delivering exceptional client experiences. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to invest in their career through a one-year paid internship. The role involves hands-on training in advanced color techniques, business management, and all methods of hair extensions. Those who demonstrate perseverance, dedication, and passion will have the opportunity to progress to a full-time assistant and eventually build their own clientele. Responsibilities Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations. Utilize software apps for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Engage with clients to recommend products Client support Cleaning Color mixing Shampooing manage time Inventory tracking and picking up /ordering Dress code and hygiene must be maintained Requirements Must already have a valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification is required. Prior salon experience Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated, self starter. Running occasional errands Attention to detail with excellent sanitation practices in all aspects of service delivery.
