We're seeking a warm, detail-oriented Spa Receptionist & Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in creating seamless, elevated experiences for our clients from start to finish. You'll also be assisting our estheticians behind the scenes, making sure all operations are running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and guide them through the check-in and check-out process with professionalism and care. Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling with precision. Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and social media with attention to detail and a client-first mindset. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Prepare treatment rooms for services, ensuring they're clean and organized. Support practitioners with room turnover and supply restocking. Assist with inventory management and product displays.
