EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or equivalent required; must demonstrate strong financial and arithmetic skills. Bring a positive, upbeat personality with a passion for outstanding guest service and effective communication. Ability to multi-task, stay detail-oriented, and solve problems for both guests and coworkers, even under pressure. Listen actively, clarify concerns, and maintain composure and objectivity in fast-paced situations.
