Job Description
Key Responsibilities Greet arriving and departing guests and visitors in a friendly, professional manner. Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and resolve concerns to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, policies, room availability, arrivals/departures, and group activities. Issue parking passes, maintain parking records, and follow established vehicle and parking procedures. Assist with vehicle staging and traffic flow at hotel entrances while ensuring driveways and designated access areas remain clear. Monitor parking areas and report safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, security concerns, vehicle incidents, or maintenance issues to management. Follow hotel procedures for vehicle accidents, breakdowns, and other parking-related incidents. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of assigned work areas and guest-facing spaces. Follow established operating procedures and accurately use hotel computer systems. Support daily departmental operations and ensure compliance with company, franchise, safety, and OSHA standards. Promote a safe, secure, and respectful work environment while maintaining confidentiality of guest and employee information. Assist with guest incidents, lost-and-found reporting, emergencies, and accident procedures as required. Communicate effectively with management, coworkers, and guests to support efficient hotel operations. Complete required training, maintain attendance standards, and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Ability to manage guest interactions while maintaining safety and operational standards. Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 10 pounds. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to move throughout parking areas, hotel grounds, and guest service locations throughout the shift. Supervisory Responsibilities None.
