The Receptionist is the face of the business and thus is required to make every customer interaction a pleasant one. The role calls for someone who is detail oriented and experienced in customer service. A great candidate is a person who can handle multiple requests at once, and one who can manage a demanding workflow with ease.

Responsibilities and Duties Duties:

Manage spa appointments in a manner that leads to a seamless customer experience Welcome visitors, potential customers, and customers by greeting and referring them to the appropriate technician. Presents a welcoming environment by keeping the reception area neat and clean. Maintains security by screening visitors. Manages the customer experience from entrance to exit with care and professionalism. Learn skin care products and regimens and be able to recommend products to customers. Perform inbound and outbound calls to existing clients. Forward sales information by answering the telephone, recording and delivering messages, date stamping documents, preparing mail packages. Maintains files and forms Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing tasks and achieving goals needed. Produces information by preparing letters to potential customers; transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text. Qualifications and Skills Great written and verbal communication skills SPA Experience is preferred Telephone skills People skills Customer service skills Results driven Confident in ones own abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Comfortable with technology Benefits Part Time, Flexible hours
