@pristinebeautyacademy Pristine Beauty Academy is looking for Electrology & Laser Instructor Responsibilities Teach electrology and laser hair removal theory using the approved curriculum. Provide hands-on clinical instruction and demonstrations to help students develop practical skills and confidence. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive, engaging, and professional learning environment. Collaborate with fellow instructors and administration to coordinate curriculum, scheduling, and student success. Ensure compliance with Florida regulations and school policies. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrology, laser hair removal, or a related field. Florida Licensed Electrologist (LE) in good standing. Meets Florida requirements to teach electrology and laser hair removal. Previous teaching or training experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Fluent in English. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced educational environment.
