Support with the application of hair color, highlights, and extensions under supervision to enhance client satisfaction. Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as ROSY to ensure efficient client flow. Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly, answering questions about hair care products and services, and upselling retail items when appropriate. Help with store management tasks including inventory checks and product organization to keep the salon well-stocked and inviting. Learn to operate professional tools like straight razors safely and assist in barbering services when needed. Qualifications Previous experience working in the beauty industry or a passion for hair care is highly preferred. Knowledge of salon software systems such as ROSY is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. A valid cosmetology or barbering license or enrollment in a recognized program is required. Understanding of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Ability to mentor new team members and contribute positively to team morale.
