As a Beautician | Hair Stylist, will have to opportunity to connect with, and positively impact the lives of our senior living residents daily by providing hair services. Specializing in women's hair, services include cutting, coloring, styling, braiding, and up-dos. Do You Have What It Takes? A flexible, fun, and energetic personality High school diploma, or equivalent, required Proof of valid Cosmetology license Must provide own cosmetology equipment Professional image in both appearance and behavior Excellent written and oral communication skills Assist with management tasks as needed to ensure smooth salon operations. Experience Valid cosmetology license with experience in hair styling, nail care, makeup application, and esthetic treatments. Proven experience with advanced procedures such as dermal fillers, Botox, laser treatments, and body waxing is preferred. Familiarity with salon management software including Millennium and
MINDBODY.
Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities. Experience in social media management and retail sales is advantageous. Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to beauty and spa environments. Previous experience in med spa or hospitality settings is a plus.
