Front Desk Guest Experience & Sales Associate The Lash Lounge Annapolis | Part-Time $16-$20/hour based on experience + sales commissions The Lash Lounge Annapolis is looking for a friendly, dependable and motivated Front Desk Guest Experience & Sales Associate to join our team! Our Front Desk team is at the center of the salon experience. You'll welcome guests, manage appointments, help keep the salon schedule running smoothly, and confidently educate guests about memberships, services and products. We're looking for someone who is warm, organized, sales-minded and proactive , with the ability to stay calm and positive in a busy environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest Answer phones and assist with booking, rebooking and guest questions Educate guests about memberships and confidently recommend them when appropriate Support retail, service and membership sales Help maintain a healthy salon schedule by identifying openings and booking opportunities Accurately manage appointments, check-in and checkout Help maintain a clean, organized and guest-ready salon Communicate effectively with stylists and leadership Take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion Jump in and support the team wherever needed

YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU ARE

Friendly, outgoing and comfortable talking with people Dependable, punctual and organized Confident with sales without being pushy Detail-oriented and able to multitask A strong communicator Comfortable problem-solving and taking initiative Coachable and receptive to feedback Positive, professional and team-oriented 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, retail or sales experience is preferred. Salon/spa experience and Mindbody experience are a plus, but not required. We're happy to teach our systems and our salon. What we're really looking for is reliability, warmth, initiative and a genuine desire to take care of people.

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

This is a part-time position requiring evening and weekend availability, including Sundays.

Pay:

$16-$20/hour based on experience and responsibilities, plus sales commissions. Benefits include discounted salon services and retail products, ongoing training and coaching, and opportunities for growth.
